Since it happens again and again that our customers buy our products on ebay, we would like to go into the special features of the returns.

Basically, what is bought on ebay must be reversed via ebay. This is anchored in the ebay guidelines. Our returns portal is also not suitable for our ebay customers, as for data protection reasons no e-mail addresses of the customers may be sent to us, and no return can be requested in our returns portal without a correct e-mail address.

We have worked out the following instructions with ebay:

Only the buyer can initiate the return.

Instructions: In the Seller Cockpit Pro, go to the item and click the "Return this item" button.
Now a new window will open where you can select the reason for the return. Go on. In the next step, you can write your own text about the reasons for the return and also upload photos. If you have given all the information, click on "Confirm return".
